Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Pamber Heath, Hampshire

My 3 cats stayed here for the first time recently for 2 weeks. It's a lovely place and so clean! I love the little beds! Lia does a wonderful job of making sure her new arrivals are settled and we'll cared for. We had regular updates and pictures, so we're able to enjoy our holiday without worrying about our fur babies. On our return, they were so chilled out that they were hardly aware we were back! We would definitely send them back for their holidays!!

Our much-loved 16 year old cat had never been away from home before and I was anxious about finding the right place for him to stay, where he would be given love and attention while we were away for 2 weeks. As soon as I saw the accommodation at Longcroft Pamber Heath and met Lia I knew I'd found the right place. Nevertheless I was still a bit worried on check-in day as had no idea how he would react to his holiday home. Lia was brilliant, we stayed a while to help settle him but after she had said goodbye to us she went straight back to sit with him. We got an email next morning to let us know he was fine; with a photo of him at the top of his cat tree, which he had taken to so much Lia moved it into the warm bedroom overnight as he had yet to discover/try out his luxury bed. He found his bed soon enough though! Lia sent regular updates and photos while we were away, which was fantastic. From the anecdotes I could tell that he was happy as he was chatty, playing 'catch' with treats and enjoying cuddles. It made such a difference to our holiday as we were able to relax knowing that he was in safe hands. We had an eventful journey home involving a tyre puncture so were late collecting him. I contacted Lia 'en route' to explain and she was so understanding, saying it wasn't a problem at all and would give her extra time for bonus cuddles with him. He's already booked in for another holiday with Lia in February 2018. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Longcroft Pamber Heath to any cat owner. It's a fabulous place =^^=
